        WHERE DO ORDERS SHIP FROM?
        All products are handmade and shipped from Botanic Skincare in Dixon, California.

        WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
        Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of purchase*.

        *Due to the fact that we carry only a small inventory and our products are made-to-order, please keep in mind there will be rare instances where our shipments may become delayed. We will always notify the customer via email of this situation.

        Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

        For Overnight Shipping on orders please EMAIL or call us with your order/shipping info and we will Express Ship your order for an additional charge.

        DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
        We’re sorry, products can only be shipped to destinations within the United States at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

      • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
        You will receive an email when your order has shipped - this email will contain a tracking number for your package.

        You may also view the status of your order at botanicskincare.com by clicking on LOG IN/MY ACCOUNT in the upper right of the web page.

        RETURNS AND DAMAGED ITEMS
        We take pride in the making and handling of our products along with our customer's satisfaction. Should there be anything in the way of total satisfaction, please refer to the following.

        ORDER WAS NOT RECEIVED / RECEIVED DAMAGED:
        Please contact CUSTOMER CARE to report non receipt* or damage and we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you. If the product is damaged in transit we will require documentation so please be prepared to send e-mailed photos of damage.

        * Please note that we do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments shown as "delivered" in tracking update. However, we will do our best to work with you should such points of confusion arise.

        PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
        We understand, sometimes a product may fall short of hopes and expectations. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make an exchange for store credit please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE within 30 days from the date of purchase.

        Provided, you purchased the product on this website. We do not accept returns for products purchased from unauthorized resellers or online third-party resellers such as Amazon.

        If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) purchased from us, please return your merchandise WITHIN 30 DAYS of the purchase date for an exchange or refund.

        To return or exchange your merchandise, simply INCLUDE A NOTE in your return shipment which must include:

        1) Your EMAIL ADDRESS

         2) Your ORDER NUMBER which can be found on the confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order and/or on your Account page on this website.

        3) A brief explanation of why you are returning the product.

         4) Indicate if you are seeking an “EXCHANGE” or a “REFUND”

        REFUNDS: Your ORDER NUMBER will allow us to credit the form of payment you used to place the original order but only WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date of purchase.

        EXCHANGES: We will EMAIL you a COUPON CODE valid for up to one year, in the amount of your original product purchase, which you may enter at checkout with your next purchase on botanicskincare.com

        You can expect your exchange Coupon Code to be emailed to you within one week upon our receipt of your shipment. For returned purchases with a credit card, it is not uncommon for financial institutions to take up to 30 days to credit your account.         PLEASE NOTE: Sample size products are not eligible for return/exchange.

        Products completely used or tampered with will not qualify for an exchange and determination will be entirely at our discretion.
