FAQ - FACIAL SPA
What can I expect my first visit?
I encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes early and check in at the front for your pre-treatment skin consultation and to complete the New Client Forms.
To save time at check-in, you may submit the Client Information Form online.[Client Information Form]
If you've already filled out your form, please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to check in and have a brief skincare consultation, this will allow you the full allotted time for your facial. You are also welcome to enjoy water and tea while you wait to be escorted to the treatment area.
A spa wrap and slippers are provided for you to change into for comfort during your facial treatment. You should remove necklaces and earrings, and silence your phone so that you can truly unwind during the treatment.
Do I have to be a member?
Memberships are not required to enjoy a Botanic Skincare facial, but members do enjoy extended benefits. I invite you to visit the Membership page on our website for more information.
Are appointments required?
What is your age policy?
Spa guests must be at least 18 years of age. Those aged 16 to 17 are eligible to receive facial treatments, and must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian at least 25 years of age.
How much time should I allow for my appointment?
I recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will give you time to check in and change so that you can receive your full allotted facial time.
After your appointment is over, I will meet you at the front to go over post-treatment instructions with you. You are welcome to relax in the waiting area and enjoy water and tea for as long as you would like.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! You may purchase e-gift cards on our website or in person at the spa. Call or text if you'd like to pick up a gift certificate in person.
What's your cancellation policy?
Botanic Skincare reserves your appointment especially for you. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation with regard to cancellation. If you find that you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Credit card numbers will be taken to reserve all appointments. If appointments are not canceled within the designated time, your account may be charged in full.
